Aerobics
Feel the music. TCA Aerobics is TCA’s cardio & resistance workout, focused at the higher & faster end of the scale. We deliver you core strength and a high-energy, pop-laden cardio workout to really deliver the fitness results you’re looking for. Building tone & strength, and focused on endurance, we’ll take you through the perceived barrier, accompanied by an awesome soundtrack.
The class kicks off with a warm-up song and a little stretching, and then progresses through a range of higher-impact high-energy moves, plenty of resistance training, a cool-down, and further stretching.
Bring a towel and bottle of water, and wear comfortable workout clothing. Sports shoes are highly recommended (we discourage bare feet). Socks-only is not permitted.
